- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a customer for many years before this problem and everything has been good. I recently talked to someone in their office to make a few changes to my account (Address, Going onto my own account off my parents, New Vehicle), they told me that my previous payment information from when I made this change could not be found..?? This was an issue because now they are charging me more than the recommended months because they lost my payment history. I am glad I kept track of my payment history because they tried to charge me for a month more than I was supposed to be charged for. I am sure this was just a mistake in the office, but I decided to go with another insurance company.
