- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my stepson to see her, and found her to be quite pleasant and very thorough. She was attentive to his complaints and explained the treatment plan in detail. As for scheduling, they were extremely kind and friendly, and accommodated us well. I worked as a scheduler in a surgery center for years, and I know good patient care when I see it. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not happy at all. My husband has been seeing Dr Bhatt for several years and really liked her. Today I called to make an appt for him and was told there were no appts available in the afternoon and that her latest appt is 2:30 pm! Really? Do you realize some people have to schedule dr appts around their work hours? They then went on to inform me that my husband would have to change doctors if he wanted an appt later than 2:30 to Dr Wong:(((((.
